Happy Life Villas is in Whitehouse, Jamaica, on the island’s South Coast.

Plan to fly into Sangster International Airport (MBJ), Montego Bay.

You can request an arrival transfer, departure transfer, or round trip through Concierge. Include your travel dates and flight details so the arrangements and price can be confirmed. If you book a transfer with us, we’ll confirm where to meet your driver. Our airport transfers are an economical alternative to arranging a taxi at the airport.

Choose your space

Happy Life Villas offers four apartments and a one bedroom Garden cabin. All five accommodations have air conditioning.

Villa One

Upstairs, with two bedrooms, a king bed and a queen bed, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and an ocean facing balcony. Its main bathroom has a Japanese soaking tub and separate shower.

Villa Two

Upstairs, with a garden view and its own rear stair entrance. Its kitchenette includes a fridge and coffee facilities, with no cooking facilities.

Villas One & Two together

A secure, lockable connecting door allows the upstairs apartments to be used together or kept separate.

Villa Three

A downstairs one bedroom apartment with a full size bed and twin bed, bathroom, full kitchen, dining area and living room. The bedroom and living room receive sunset light.

Villa Four

A downstairs one bedroom apartment with a large living room, full kitchen and bathroom. Its entrance faces the back garden and morning light.

The Garden Cabin

One bedroom, a full bathroom, living room and kitchen, with a front porch and garden in front.

Villas One and Two require stairs. If step free access is important, please contact Concierge before choosing your accommodation so we can confirm suitability.

The beach

The private beach is across the road from the property, about fifty leisurely paces away. Beach access is separate from the accommodation grounds, so you’ll cross the road to reach it.

Ask Concierge about beach facilities or any specific access needs before your visit.

YS Falls

Food & a little extra care

Villas One, Three and Four and the garden cabin have full kitchens. Villa Two has a kitchenette for coffee, drinks and refrigerated items.

The garden has a separate, fully equipped kitchen near the cabin, serving the property. For apartments without a full kitchen, meals can be prepared here. You can also request cooking, housekeeping and laundry throughout your stay.

You can request a private chef for three meals per day, housekeeping and cooking, local excursions, airport transfers, or an in suite massage. Choose your preferred service dates and share any dietary requirements or special requests. We’ll return a customised package with availability and the complete price.

For the occasion that brings you here

Room décor, flowers, a cake, and chilled wine or sparkling can be arranged for your arrival or selected evenings.

The covered garden patio is a shaded place for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a small family gathering. Events are daytime only and finish before dusk. We’ll agree the guest count, setup and service hours with you in advance.

When you’re here to be with family during a time of loss, we can help coordinate transport, prepared meals, grocery provisions, housekeeping and a daytime family gathering. Share the practical help you need, without having to explain personal details.
